Shipping Policy

It is your responsibility to check this “Shipping Policy” page each time you order our products to ensure you are up to date with any changes or amendments.

Order Processing and Delivery

Your shipping charges will be calculated and viewable at checkout. Once an order has been received in our system, it can generally take approximately 2-3 business days to process and ship. Domestic delivery will take approximately 3-7 business days (Monday to Friday) after processing times. International delivery can take up to 30 days or longer for delivery depending on where the Vendors warehouse or fulfillment center is located and how customs treats CBD shipments.Our business hours are Monday – Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm PST.

Orders placed Monday through Friday after 5:00pm PST will be shipped the following business day.

Shipments may be sent using USPS, UPS, FedEx or other carriers of our choice that are available to deliver to your address if the original shipping carrier is not available. Shipping times are dependent on location from ours or our Vendors fulfillment centers and shipping carriers and your location.  An estimated shipping time will be provided at checkout.

If you have not received your order, your order is damaged, or you require an exchange, please contact us immediately at support@thegreenguys.com Failure to contact us in a timely manner may affect your ability to return any damaged products to us.

Outside the USA

International delivery can take up to 30 days or longer for delivery depending on where the Vendors warehouse or fulfillment center is located and how customs treats CBD shipments. If thе item(s) іѕ/are being ѕhірреd outside оf thе U.S. then it is nоt ours or the Vendors rеѕроnѕіbіlіtу fоr lоѕt / stolen packages at customs or outside of the U.S. аnd wе саnnоt guarantee delivery.  Any lost packages will not be refunded or exchanged. You agree to contact the carrier to make an insurance claim to recover your funds and agree to not hold us or the Vendor responsible.

Insurance

It's is the buyers responsibility to purchase shipping insurance at the time of purchase. We or the Vendors are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages during shipping and will not purchase insurance automatically.

Returns 

Vendors wіll rеfund thе соѕt оf rеturnеd gооdѕ minus all shірріng соѕtѕ. Vendors will nоt refund the соѕt оf returning thе goods, except fоr returning fаultу, incorrect, or damaged products.

Tracking.

When tracking your shipment, please allow 2-3 business days for the tracking to update. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping email confirmation with your tracking number. Unanticipated Events

You agree not to hold us liable for any disruption of our service or failure to deliver our product for any reason beyond our control, including, but not limited to, acts of God, natural disasters, war, terrorism, riots, criminal acts, labor shortages, labor strikes (both lawful and unlawful), postal service or courier service disruption, infrastructure disruption, communication failure, material shortages, or any other circumstance that may be beyond our control.

Continuity

Should any provision of this Agreement be unlawful, void, or otherwise legally unenforceable, the rest of the Agreement shall remain enforceable as though the unenforceable provision had not been a part of this Agreement.

Consent

By purchasing the Products on our site or using/visiting our website, you are agreeing to abide by and act in accordance with this Shipping Policy. Accessing our Website and/or purchasing our Products constitutes your agreement to be bound by this policy.
